Shure Incorporated is a leading global manufacturer of audio equipment known for quality and reliability. They are seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer Intern to work with the DevOps team to implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, brainstorm new ideas, and automate product delivery to the Cloud.

Responsibilities

Design and implement improvements to scripts and tools in our CI/CD product pipelines

Verify pipelines are working correctly in all scenarios and handle adverse conditions in a robust manor

Assist in developing capabilities and improvements into our pipelines across product teams and consult with development teams for feedback during deployment

Assist in creation of observability dashboards for code pipeline and application monitoring

Qualification

Required

Minimum two years of course work in Computer Science or related field

Programming experience working with various languages – i.e. python, perl, C/C++, Java, C#, .Net, shell scripting etc

Applicants for this position must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Preferred

Knowledge of Infrastructure as code – i.e. AWS CloudFormation, Ansible is a plus

Knowledge of cloud services is a plus

Knowledge of APIs a plus

Knowledge of software automation and/or OS administration is a plus

Computer networking knowledge is a plus
