Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and refine localized business strategies for target countries or regions to achieve overall company goals
Build and manage BI frameworks that measure market performance, revenue, and ROI
Lead the design, execution, and optimization of data models, dashboards, and reporting systems
Collaborate closely with marketing, BD, and product teams to identify opportunities and guide decision-making through data
Ensure data quality, governance, and scalability of BI solutions across global operations
Mentor and manage a high-performing BI/analytics team, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or strategy roles with team management experience
Proven expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) and SQL/Python
Experience driving growth, product performance, or marketing ROI through data insights
Preferred
Strong background in blockchain, fintech, or digital assets (exchange background highly preferred)
Bilingual proficiency in Chinese/English is a plus
