Responsibilities

Deploy the US Operations Strategy ensuring alignment with both operations and business objectives (objectives, goals, strategies and measures) OGSM
Co-create the master plan, 90 – day plan linked to the strategy. Coordinate with manufacturing and central functions (Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, etc.) to deploy key programs from the master plan
Lead the performance management of operations to ensure results delivery as per defined success criteria (plan, do check, act – PDCA). Ensure tools for root cause analysis and gap closure as per performance reviews. Identify capabilities gaps and support its elimination
Lead specified U.S. operations transformation projects with cross functional teams
Coordinate the industrial strategy for the U.S. Operations in line with global strategy to ensure adequate network related program deployment and results delivery
Validate top-down initiative with operations management as well as initiate bottom-up initiatives to optimize cost and cash
Coordinate the development of the U.S. operations digital road map and Identify needs for digital solutions deployment. Identify use cases for A.I. and Analytics to fast-track digital capabilities and adoption of analytics
Perform benchmarks within FMCG and other industries to drive excellence in Operations. Bring an outside-in perspective to define what GREAT looks like

Required

Bachelor degree
Minimum of 12 years' experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing or Digital
Current or past experience at an FMCG organization
Legally authorized to work in the US
Established track record of successfully delivering Program/ Projects
Experience within various areas of Operations (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, etc.)
Strong influencing and collaboration skills across functions to be able to advise and constructively challenge senior team members
Knowledge of key manufacturing processes, technologies and standard ways of working (LEAN), focusing on Performance Management standards
A creative and analytical problem-solver, with the ability to think ‘outside the box' when encountering project challenges
Project management, Project management system, Pitching PRO, Business Acumen, Change management, Portfolio management, Data Analytics, Negotiation skills, Presenting and Facilitation of leadership forums

Preferred

Master's degree in Operations Management and/or Supply Chain Management and/or Data Analytics
