Responsibilities
Serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders, providing strategic oversight and program direction
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of IT and cybersecurity professionals, ensuring alignment with contract requirements
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of program objectives, maintaining compliance with Navy and DoD standards
Manage budgets, schedules, staffing, and performance metrics to ensure successful contract execution
Provide program status updates, reports, and briefings to government leadership
Ensure integration of information assurance practices across program activities
Support risk management, resource planning, and process improvements to enhance program performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications Systems Management, or a related STEM discipline, or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Minimum of 10 years' experience managing IT teams, with responsibility for program leadership and direct customer interface
At least 5 years of experience in information assurance (IA) within IT or cybersecurity programs
U. S. Citizen
Active Secret clearance
Interim Secret acceptable at award
Preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to brief senior government officials
Expertise in DoD cybersecurity standards, RMF processes, and compliance requirements
Proven experience in managing large, complex programs with geographically dispersed teams
Ability to balance technical execution with business and contractual requirements
