Enter, process, and track customer orders from receipt through production, shipping, and delivery

Coordinate with production, design, and shipping departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders

Communicate proactively with customers about order status, lead times, and any changes or delays

Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and capabilities specific to corrugated packaging

Review and confirm pricing, product specifications, and inventory availability

Generate and review reports related to order history, forecasts, and customer-specific data

Assist with sample requests, quoting, and project tracking as needed

Ensure customer satisfaction and support long-term relationships
