They are seeking an Entry Level Project Management Talent Pool position, where the Project Associate will learn through on-the-job experience and support project management efforts in electrical systems.

Responsibilities

Understand Miller Electric’s service-based approach to the electrical project management process

Begin building long term relationships with your clients and fellow employees by earning trust through diligent communication and high-quality work ethic

Support the generation of estimates and proposals to support your team in winning new work, establishing procedures, and scheduling timelines

Develop a strong electrical/material vocabulary and understanding of job site etiquette

Work with your team to ensure the project is built in accordance with design, budget, and schedule

Collaborate with your field leaders to confirm client expectations and coordination with your subcontractors and other trades

Assess construction progress, team needs, and issues through regular project visits with your field supervision

Work with vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials

Required

Bachelor's degree or IBEW licensed electrician

Strong computer & Google Suite skills
