Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, and journal entries
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Support audits and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and reporting efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
Strong corporate accounting experience (minimum 3–5 years)
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills
Preferred
Experience in CPG, food, or manufacturing industries (preferred)
