Responsibilities

Generate and manage high-volume commercial loan production across SBA, owner-user, and investor CRE segments
Build and maintain referral networks across assigned territories, with an emphasis on Florida markets
Leverage flexible lending programs, including 30-year fixed, light-doc, bank-statement, and foreign-national products
Collaborate with internal Business Development Coordinators (BDCs) who manage documentation and back-office processing
Maintain strong public presence and local visibility through events, conferences, and relationship-driven outreach
Deliver consistent production targets while representing the firm’s fast, flexible, and client-centered culture
