As a Senior Field Service Technician, you will manage service appointments, train junior technicians, and ensure high-quality maintenance services are delivered to residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer appointments and field dispatches
Greet the client and explain the services you will be providing
Perform (interior / exterior) maintenance services
Complete digital job reports with photos
Utilize the company’s technology to document services and manage schedule and communications
Maintain equipment and inventory in the company vehicle
Train and lead junior technician; function as an effective team
**NOTE** you will not repair or amend any part of the homes/ property

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or GED
Valid U.S. driver's license and good driving record (Must be insurable)
Good communication skills with solid customer service attitude
Flexibility to work a (slightly) variable schedule
Physically fit and able to lift more than 40 lbs. without assistance
Able to work from a ladder / roof, not afraid of heights
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Ability to manage time effectively and organize efficient and safe execution

Preferred

Experience performing maintenance services. (Pressure Washing is desirable but not required)
Some mechanical and electrical skills
