They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Support Analyst to ensure the stability and efficiency of AML batch processing systems, providing support and coordination for various technical operations.

Responsibilities
Execute, monitor, and validate pre-production batches and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Provide Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) support for production batch failures, ensuring rapid issue resolution and minimal downtime
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (e.g., Oracle Support) to resolve complex batch processing issues
Coordinate with upstream data teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of UAT test data
Generate and distribute accurate production batch status reports to senior management and stakeholders
Support Testers and Business Analysts (BAs) during UAT to ensure functional requirements are met and documented
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell Scripting and Python to enhance monitoring and operational efficiency
Manage job scheduling for critical AML processes using enterprise-grade tools such as Autosys
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of banking experience, with a strong focus on production support for large-scale, enterprise-grade applications
At least 6 years of experience supporting AML processes, including Risk Rating and Transaction Monitoring
Expertise in Oracle OFSAA/FCCM products (AML, KYC, PFT, ECM)
Advanced proficiency in PL/SQL for Oracle database operations and query optimization
Strong scripting skills in Shell and Python
Hands-on experience with Autosys or similar job scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M)
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
