Responsibilities

Lead architectural design projects from concept through completion for large-scale sports complexes and hospitality venues
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project managers to develop design concepts that meet client objectives and project requirements
Utilize Revit and other design software to create detailed architectural drawings and models
Ensure compliance with AIA standards and NCARB guidelines throughout the design process
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and ensure design integrity
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support in their professional development

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on sports complexes and hospitality projects

Strong portfolio showcasing experience in large-scale projects and innovative design solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients

Preferred

AIA and NCARB certification preferred
