EO GEOINT Engineer
SAIC is seeking an Electro-Optical GEOINT Engineer to support SAIC’s Prime Program, Landmark AOS in Chantilly, VA. The role involves providing technical support for the development of GEOINT capabilities and performing engineering and analysis to ensure successful program delivery.

Responsibilities
Work with the IC customer to advance resiliency activities/initiatives in Electro-Optical/EO technology
Retain cognizance of a wide variety of GEOINT mission processing projects including technical baseline, project schedules, dependencies, risks, and cost
Interface directly with development Prime Contractors in the role of oversight, monitoring of software development and integration activities and ensuring alignment with Government requirements and objectives
Advise Senior and Mid-Level managers on architectural decisions to include investment strategies, acquisition portfolio priorities, risk assessment of project execution
Developing Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) for new capabilities and coordinating them across the affected organizations
Developing enterprise, system, functional, performance, and interface requirements
Accomplish performance assessment and provide estimates of cost, schedule and risk impacts to existing Ground architecture implementations
Provide technical and cost assessment of vendor proposals, review technical reports, design artifacts and program plans
Qualification
Required
Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience. Relevant experience to be substituted in lieu of degree
Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Electro-Optical/EO GEOINT or Electro-Optical/EO Thread Lead experience
Experience in Electro-Optical/EO systems to include tasking, command & control, collection, mission processing, or dissemination
Knowledge or Understanding of advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML) capabilities
Domain knowledge in Ground Software, Space Development Programs or Mission Operations programs
Experience in requirements development and definition activities
Strong organizational, time-management, and verbal / written communication skills, able to convey information across multiple customers and corporate audiences
Familiarity with MS Office tool suite
