Responsibilities

Establish and strengthen relationships with partner managers, sales executives, and alliance leads within Salesforce, Iterable, Braze, Databricks, and Snowflake
Act as Bold Orange’s ambassador in partner ecosystems, representing our value proposition, client success, and market differentiation
Define and execute joint business plans with each partner, including revenue goals, pipeline targets, and co-marketing initiatives
Track and report partnership performance, including opportunity generation, certifications, partner rankings, and joint customer wins
Maintain knowledge of partner product roadmaps and emerging opportunities, ensuring Bold Orange’s offerings remain aligned and differentiated
Drive new client acquisition by collaborating with partner sales teams to identify and pursue co-sell opportunities
Develop a systematic approach to pipeline development, including joint account mapping, partner introductions, and executive-level engagement
Influence opportunities at every stage, from discovery through proposal, while ensuring partner alignment and mutual value
Meet or exceed annual revenue and pipeline contribution goals attributable to partner relationships
Partner with internal marketing teams to develop co-branded content, case studies, solution briefs, and event strategies
Ensure Bold Orange is consistently positioned as a leading services partner for marketing automation and data platforms
Provide subject-matter input to business development and client teams on partner capabilities and best practices
Champion internal enablement on partner solutions, including updates on certifications, training, and new feature adoption

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10+ years in business development, alliances, or partnerships within a consultancy, digital agency, or systems integrator
Proven ability to manage complex partner relationships across multiple technology platforms
Strong knowledge of marketing automation, customer engagement, and data management technologies
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with experience presenting to executive-level audiences
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable revenue impact from partner ecosystems
Highly organized, proactive, and able to balance long-term strategy with near-term execution

Preferred

Existing relationships within Salesforce, Iterable, Braze, Databricks, and/or Snowflake partner organizations
Experience shaping and executing joint go-to-market strategies with global technology partners
Track record of leading co-sell motions that resulted in closed revenue
Familiarity with partner certification programs, partner portal systems, and operational reporting
