Responsibilities

Act as the go-to expert for sales data, ensuring accuracy and reliability across all reporting systems

Create, maintain, and enhance routine and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel

Support Salesforce maintenance and optimization, including user management, routine admin requests, and Salesforce Dataloader management, to improve sales productivity

Ensure data integrity through regular audits, compliance with company policies, and thorough documentation of processes and procedures

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, advocating for data-driven decision making

Manage and optimize internal and external data sources and systems (e.g., Tracker, Bentelligence, AskGMS) to support sales processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and implement scalable solutions
