Responsibilities
Feed bakeware onto a conveyor belt, labeling or adding additional components to bakeware as part of the production process
Serve as quality control and visually inspect all finished product before packing
Alert production supervisors of any manufacturing defects immediately
Collect, count, and pack products in preparation for shipping
Prepare bakeware for shipping by taping boxes and stacking cartons onto skids
Follow company guidelines and procedures to meet manufacturing specifications
Work together as a team with others on the line to maintain production
Utilize personal protective equipment at all times to ensure safety
Reliable and punctual in reporting for work as scheduled
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to follow instructions
Excellent hand/eye coordination
Basic understanding of machine operations
Ability to focus and concentrate for extended periods
Resilient with a positive attitude
Self-motivated and solid work ethic
Willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted
Continuous sitting, bending, pushing/pulling
Dexterity and the ability to use hands and fingers to assemble
Preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred; not required
