Travel Protection Partnership Manager

The Travel Protection Partnership Manager leads the strategic and operational partnership with the guest Travel Protection provider, ensuring product delivery aligns with luxury service standards while enhancing the overall guest journey experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between RCYC and the insurance provider, managing all partnership communications, reviews, and performance discussions
Monitor sales, conversion, and utilization data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and performance gaps
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Guest Journey teams to ensure offerings remain competitive, profitable, and brand-aligned
Lead quarterly business reviews and deliver data-driven insights to leadership and partners
Oversee the design and configuration of insurance workflows in Seaware and RESCO to ensure system reliability and accuracy
Validate system performance for quoting, issuance, and reconciliation; coordinate automation and reporting improvements
Partner with Finance to validate commissions, reconcile transactions, and ensure accurate reporting
Support internal controls, audits, and reconciliation readiness
Collaborate with sales and services teams to ensure insurance coverage is clearly communicated across the guest journey
Support the creation of training and reference materials for Sales and Service teams
Identify opportunities to enhance or expand the insurance product, including bundled or all-inclusive program integrations
Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments, providing recommendations to leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
5+ years of experience in travel insurance, cruise, or hospitality operations with direct partnership or vendor management responsibilities
Proven experience maintaining and launching product or system implementations across multiple markets
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret performance data
Working knowledge of reservation and CRM platforms (Seaware, RESCO, Salesforce)
Experience building strong, results-driven relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
Commercial Acumen: Understands financial drivers and translates insights into measurable performance improvement
Precision: Ensures flawless process execution and data integrity across systems and markets
Accountability: Owns outcomes and drives results through disciplined execution and cross-functional collaboration
Excellent written and verbal communication; confidence in leading cross-functional meetings and vendor discussions
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment while maintaining accuracy and composure
