Responsibilities
Partner with Technology and the Enterprise Change Office to influence Enterprise Agile Standards to ensure alignment with Commercial Bank needs and requirements
Create and own the Commercial Bank Agile Transformation Strategy and Enablement plan
Define, manage, and execute on a prioritized Agile Transformation Roadmap for the Commercial Bank
Provide organization-wide communications regarding the vision, benefits, strategy, and enablement plan
Establish best practices and standards for Commercial Bank Agile delivery and monitor adherence to standards
Manage and/or partner with a team of resources to provide training and coaching to Commercial Bank partners and delivery teams
Leverage feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement in Commercial Bank delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in Agile Coaching, Business Strategy, Project Planning, and Financial Services industry OR High School Diploma
GED and 14 years of experience in Agile Strategy, Business Strategy, Project Planning, and Financial Services industry
