Business Transformation Capability GTM Leader - (D.C. Area)

Responsibilities
Own and lead business development and sales efforts, participating in business development meetings, structuring solutions that combine multiple Slalom capabilities, and preparing and presenting sales materials
Responsible for a yearly portfolio of Business Transformation work ranging in $5M. Bringing experience with sales solutioning activities and pursuits, including business development, proposals and statements of work
Act as subject matter expert and thought leader at external events and collaborate with industry and account partners to identify opportunities
Contribute to delivery in billable roles and collaborate with leadership to achieve revenue targets and address capability challenges
Craft and deliver quality solutions in business transformation areas, including operational improvement, business process optimization, operating model and organizational design, change strategy, learning & training, and talent & culture transformation
Collaborate with clients to transform and achieve their vision and objectives by aligning the organization, the operating model, the people, and the processes
Act as mentor to other practitioners in the area of Capability working to serve Market’s portfolio
25-30% travel across the D.C. - Chesapeake area, as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years experience; in progressive roles within management consulting
Proactive GTM Mentality - Builds relationships and opportunities to proactively build pipeline; does not wait for sales/client partners to create leads
Grow Slalom Mindset - Acts as an external speaker at events. Speaks to customer CXOs as a peer with credibility and confidence
Collaboration - Has strong ability to collaborate across different teams and organizations
Exceptional Delivery - Balances unique needs of the business with importance of consistency and collaboration across Market
Preferred
Experience leading organizational effectiveness for technology, cloud, data, or CRM focused transformations/organizations
Experience with AI Transformation & Products
