Responsibilities
Lead the electrical design for healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet client expectations
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to deliver integrated design solutions
Conduct electrical system analysis and design using software tools such as Revit and BIM
Perform site visits and inspections to ensure quality control during construction phases
Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports for electrical systems
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and project team members
Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in healthcare electrical engineering
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on healthcare and hospital projects
Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM
Strong understanding of LEED principles and sustainable design practices
Excellent project management skills, with experience in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
