Responsibilities

Create compelling presentations and use data to tell impactful, actionable stories

Act as a liaison between multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on training and development initiatives

Drive knowledge management by fostering a culture of knowledge sharing among employees (People) and leverage technology systems like knowledge bases and intranets to capture, organize, and store essential information

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Business Administration, HR, or Psychology

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience with communication and content creation, including proficiency in tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides

Ability to gather, organize, and interpret data (e.g., training feedback scores, completion rates, or basic HR metrics) using Excel or Google Sheets to provide actionable recommendations
