Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Next Best Action (NBA) strategies using PEGA CDH
Work extensively with Context Dictionaries, configuring and optimizing decisioning strategies
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Drive end-to-end NBA design, including strategy, configuration, and deployment
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices
Work on PEGA PRPC for application development and integration with CDH components
Ensure compliance with PEGA standards and maintain system integrity throughout the project lifecycle

Required

PEGA Certified Decisioning Consultant (Primary) – Certification must be at least 2 years old
PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (Secondary)
Minimum 7+ years of overall experience in PEGA development and architecture
Rich experience with PEGA CDH and Next Best Action Designer (NBAD)
Hands-on experience in designing NBA strategies from scratch
Strong understanding of Context Dictionaries and configuration
Extensive experience with PEGA PRPC
Proven ability to lead teams and manage project deliverables effectively

Preferred

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
