Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end revenue and growth strategy for Grainger USA by implementing cross-functional business plans, penetrating target markets, and ensuring successful execution and outcomes
Lead development and execution of the 18-month Industrial segment business plan in partnership with Grainger leadership
Direct day-to-day engagement strategy with FSP leadership and serve as liaison to sales and broader FSP teams
Strengthen relationships with direct selling teams at the RSVP and DSM levels by positioning the Why Ansell value proposition to expand awareness and share of wallet
Execute corporate initiatives within the Grainger FY26 business plan currently in development
Leverage insights and analytics from Power BI and SFDC to inform strategy and decisions
Oversee NPI introductions and SKU rationalization by developing launch or exit strategies that mitigate risk and protect growth
Create scalable product growth programs based on vertical successes and partner with marketing to implement them as Grainger-wide initiatives
Lead SSGP engagement events for the industrial business, including IMD, Director Days, and key corporate activities

Qualification

Required

B.A. or B.S. degree in business, sales, finance, engineering, science or related fields preferred or Equivalent experience including successfully performing in similar role
3-5 years sales experience in B2B with demonstrated success
3-5 years' experience working directly with Distributors, Grainger preferred
3-5 years' experience working directly with National or Major Accounts
Demonstrated success in building strategic relationships at Distributor level
Strong Business Acumen and demonstrated financial and systems knowledge
Proven strategic approach to customer development – especially at National or Major Account level
Highly motivated and accountable for owning business outcomes including planning, executing and forecasting
Exceptional communication, collaboration and persuasion skills
