Responsibilities

Handle customer service inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls from current and prospective students

Conduct Zoom calls with potential students to explain program details, differences between offerings, and expected outcomes

Provide detailed explanations of why comprehensive programs differ from one-day courses and their long-term benefits

Support students with general inquiries about login procedures, scheduling, and program logistics

Manage both inbound sales conversations and customer service requests as a hybrid role

Communicate with an international student base across multiple time zones

Assist with the rollout and explanation of new, premium educational programs
