Dive into lab testing of new metrology equipment and procedures

Model custom fixtures and tools in CAD

Spot and eliminate extra steps on the production floor

Write simple programs for user-friendly production interfaces

Brainstorm and contribute to confidential, high-impact projects

Qualification

Metrology fundamentalsCAD toolsBasic statisticsPythonMATLAB

Required

Recent grad who loves hands-on work and problem solving

Familiar with metrology fundamentals—either through coursework or side projects

Comfortable using CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.)

Strong grasp of basic statistics and data analysis

Detail-oriented, collaborative, and excited by technical challenges

Preferred

Majors: Manufacturing Engineering, Metrology, or Precision Engineering focus

Some experience with Python or MATLAB
