CPQ Solution Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, including hyper care, upgrades, and enhancements
Understand and resolve technical obstacles for teams and lead decision-making on technical solutions
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful delivery
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and third-party vendors
Effectively manage expectations and communicate project status, risks, and issues
Ensure all project deliverables meet high-quality standards and are in compliance with established methodologies and best practices (e.g., ASAP, Agile, Activate)

Required

Bachelor's degree
8 years of experience managing large-scale IT projects, including at least 2–3 successful CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) project implementations
4 years' experience overseeing full project life-cycle implementations, from blueprint through go-live and post-go-live support
Experience in preparing project plans, delivery schedules, release management strategies, RACI matrices, budget estimates, and structuring project teams
Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Program Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Master's degree or relevant certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2) highly preferred
Demonstrated business acumen, particularly about the key financial drivers of a business
Strong problem-solving, analytic, conceptual, and critical thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow effective communication with both business and technical resources
Detail oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive execution
