Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate processing and payment of IT invoices while maintaining compliance with financial authority limits

Develop and maintain comprehensive executive-level financial reports and dashboards to support data-driven planning and transparency

Partner with Finance and IT leaders to automate and streamline financial processes, improving accuracy and efficiency

Collaborate with IT Procurement to align enterprise IT spending, budgeting, and chargeback mechanisms

Manage budgeting and forecasting for the Office of the CIO, ensuring appropriate business chargeback allocations

Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and financial explanations as needed

Lead communications and training for internal stakeholders on IT financial processes and best practices

Manage ad hoc financial reporting and analysis requests to support executive decision-making

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting, including at least 4 years in IT financial management or technology finance

Advanced knowledge of US GAAP, financial modeling, and reporting

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement

Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; experience with PeopleSoft and PBCS required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to both Finance and non-Finance audiences

Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously

Preferred

CPA or CMA designation preferred

Familiarity with Apptio or similar IT financial management tools preferred
