Responsibilities
Drive large scale enterprise data projects that are highly technical and cross functional in nature
Collaborate with external & internal partners (i.e. HR, Finance, Customer Experience, Product, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Security, Engineering, Privacy, Data Governance) to gather business requirements and define objectives
Contribute technical expertise to project, process, and system development; coordinating the delivery of enterprise data, integration, and architecture initiatives across the team
Lead the Integration Platform Services program with a product lens
Communicate risks, status, and timelines to partners and senior management as part of periodic business reviews
Establish and track data project/program milestones aligning to OKRs
Provide program status updates and visibility in operational review meetings
Define and lead the end-to-end execution of an enterprise data program for addressing regulatory compliance requirements with customer and financial data
Manage requirements documentation, milestone mapping, prioritization, and communication to facilitate project collaboration
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in project/program management and working with engineering teams
Working knowledge of several SaaS apps (Snowflake, Salesforce.com, Workday, Workato, Netsuite, Zip Intake/P2P or equivalent enterprise applications)
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical partners in order to drive alignment
Willingness to learn and apply processes unique to the challenges at Coinbase
Experience in successfully applying Lean, Agile, ITIL, or process improvement to previous workflows
Expert at coordinating highly technical engineering/data teams and delivering value to our customers effectively
Creative problem solver when battling through project challenges
High proficiency in Jira, Slack, and G-Suite
Preferred
Certification in Program Management or Project Management
Knowledgeable and passionate about cryptocurrency and blockchain
Advanced understanding of G-Suite, Slack, Jira, and Coda
Product management experience
