Responsibilities
Collaborate with teams of engineers, designers, and drafters to complete project deliverables
Coordinate design work with other engineering disciplines
Meet client expectations for budget and schedule while delivering a quality product
Increase proficiency in relevant design, modeling, and analysis software applications such as RISA, FAD Tools, LPile, Mathcad, PLS software suite, and AutoCAD
Increase knowledge of local codes and industry standards
Assist with budget estimates and write-ups for proposals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
1-3 years of structural design engineering experience within substation, transmission, bridges, or buildings design experience
Experience with at least one of the following: RISA, MathCAD, and/or PLS software suite
Preferred
Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
EIT Certificate
