The Associate Inventory Manager will execute demand forecasting, inventory planning, and weekly ordering for a defined group of brands, ensuring performance is measured by forecast accuracy and inventory health.

Responsibilities
Analyze and update short-term demand forecasts and place weekly orders for assigned brands
Build and maintain 3, 6, and 9 month ordering plans with support from senior managers
Prepare monthly demand, sales, and receipt forecasts and review them internally before sharing externally
Align with brand management on agreed-upon ordering strategies and execution
Identify forecast deviations and recommend corrective actions with guidance
Participate in brand calls and independently lead portions of discussions as confidence grows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
0–2 years of supply/demand planning, buying, or analytical experience
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables
Exposure to ERP systems and inventory workflows
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring forecasting cycles
Understanding of basic retail KPIs
Developing interpersonal and communication skills
