Required
You are currently pursuing a technology related field of study with an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2026
You have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
You have practical experience working with complex business requirements and converting them into technical solutions
You have had exposure to business systems analysis functions, product roadmaps, AI, integration plans, and testing
You can demonstrate exceptional active listening skills and approach tasks with a high level of conscientiousness and attention to detail
You can step into situations without a lot of information, get up to speed quickly and contribute to driving disparate groups to a resolution
You can participate in creating end to end solution definitions, points of view, system flows and perform impact analysis
You are interested in gaining knowledge in technology, investment operations and management, and product management and partnering with both the business and technical teams
You have a basic understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
You express ideas effectively and interact professionally with others
You are not intimidated by the new and unfamiliar and embrace a continuous learning mindset
