Responsibilities

Provide outstanding service and support to our members and your fellow Advians
Answer member’s questions, service their accounts, and recommend products and services that will best fit their financial needs
Receive incoming calls and offer solutions whether that be a product, service or resource that the caller requires (or could benefit from) while creating an exceptional experience

Qualification
