Lead, Program Scheduler

Responsibilities
Be responsible for the end-to-end life-cycle of planning and schedule management
Serve as the point of contact for internal and external customer communication and status
Be responsible for oversight of performance to program budgets and communicating necessary adjustments to responsible Cost Account Managers
Develop integrated master schedules using SOW and WBS
Performs time-phased analyses, critical path verification and schedule risk assessments to assure the capability of the program to meet their commitments
Resolve schedule conflicts, develop and implement work-around strategies and tactical alternatives
Perform regular analysis of program schedules to evaluate program and enterprise-wide resource needs through the integration of all program schedules
Ability to travel up to 25%
Qualification
Required
Active DoD Secret clearance or higher
Bachelors Degree and a minimum 9 years of prior experience in planning or program management. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
Preferred
8+ years of experience in planning or program management related discipline
Experience creating and/or maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and any Supporting Schedules on assigned projects/programs
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost or Schedule Integration
Experience in maintaining schedules across product life cycle, including critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis
Experience in MS Project and Milestones Professional
Knowledge of engineering processes, principles, and practices; knowledge of risk management concepts and risk analysis related to master schedules
Knowledge of DoD EVMS Guidelines (ANSI-748C), Integrated Product and Process Development (IPPD), and Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR)
Team building skills and influencing and relationship management skills
