Responsibilities
Shape the visual and interaction experience of products used by thousands of creators, entrepreneurs and businesses
Deeply research their needs, pain points and behaviors — through interviews, data, rapid experiments — and convert insights into meaningful product improvements
Define what excellence looks like in the user experience
Sharp interaction design for complex business flows
A design system that scales with international growth
Conversion-driving onboarding and checkout experiences
Insight-driven optimizations across our product ecosystem
Build trust with teams through clarity, curiosity and speed
Offer compelling narratives behind your design choices
Be technical enough to speak the language of engineering
Care deeply about business outcomes and product metrics
Operate with a mindset of 'always improving'
Qualification
Required
A product-obsessed designer (consumer product experience, ideally in SaaS/fintech/e-commerce marketplace)
A portfolio showing strong UI craft and strategic UX thinking
Ability to turn complexity into clarity (flows, prototypes, design systems)
Fluency in data-informed decision making (user research, analytics, testing)
Excellent communication skills — crisp, visual, concise
