Responsibilities
Build and sustain referral relationships with organizations within the community and in the assigned territory
Conduct regular in-person visits, follow-ups, cold outreach, and email campaigns to target high-value referral partners
Represent Diligent at community events and professional meetings
Coordinate with intake, nursing, and operations to ensure timely admissions, accurate documentation, and positive client outcomes
Plan, develop, create, and distribute authorized marketing material
Track outreach activity, referral sources, pipeline status, and submit weekly activity reports and monthly performance summaries
Achieve territory goals for qualified referrals and admissions; manage territory schedule, expense reporting, and mileage reconciliation
Qualification
Required
2+ years sales, business development, or marketing experience
Proven track record of building professional referral networks and meeting measurable targets
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Jacksonville; flexible hours for evening/weekend events as needed
High school diploma required
Valid driver's license, ability to pass background and drug screens
Experience analyzing data, developing spread sheets and presentations
Proven ability to generate and maintain contact database
Professional attire a must
Preferred
Healthcare/home health or post‑acute care experience or knowledge strongly preferred
bachelor's degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
