Responsibilities
Lead project teams focused on client implementation, ensuring adherence to project management best practices
Define project scopes, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, with a keen emphasis on ACV recognition
Monitor project progress, report key metrics (including ACV recognition), and provide regular updates to the Associate Director
Mentor and guide junior project managers within the team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project strategies with organizational goals, particularly in relation to ACV
Oversee client implementation projects throughout their lifecycle
Ensure project team members follow project management procedures and meet project timelines
Stay updated on industry trends and optimize project management methodologies for client onboarding
Act as a key point of contact for resolving project-related issues
Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks
Collaborate with the Associate Director to maximize ACV recognition in project management approaches
May be expected to travel for client or team needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or related field
5+ years of progressive experience in project management or related roles
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
Strong understanding of project management concepts, methodologies, and challenges related to client implementation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience in project management tools and software
Familiarity with software implementation and ACV recognition in the industry
Experience with remote or international project management
