Hilltop Holdings is seeking to hire a Commercial Card Program Manager. This strategic role is responsible for leading the development and management of the commercial card offering for business customers, including driving sales enablement and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Leading the development, management, and scaling of our commercial card offering for business customers

Owning the program’s overall strategy and P&L

Designing and executing the product roadmap – including T&E, Purchasing Card, Virtual Card, Ghost Card, and Fleet card offerings where applicable

Driving sales enablement

Increasing customer adoption

Ensuring operational excellence across all facets of the program

Overseeing risk management

Maintaining an exceptional client experience

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Credit, Operations, Risk & Compliance, Finance, Marketing, IT, and external partners

Required

Experience in developing and managing commercial card programs

Strong understanding of P&L management

Ability to design and execute product roadmaps

Experience ensuring operational excellence in program management

Knowledge of risk management practices

Ability to maintain exceptional client experiences

Demonstrated ability to deliver sustained growth and strong internal controls
