As the Head of Product (Software), you will define and lead the vision and strategy for Trezor’s software ecosystem, guiding a team of product managers and collaborating across various departments to enhance user interaction with self-custody and Bitcoin.

Responsibilities

Own the full product strategy and roadmap for all Trezor software experiences

Align product direction with user needs, company goals, and market opportunities

Treat software as a strategic revenue channel and identify scalable monetization opportunities

Define business KPIs and collaborate with leadership and finance to deliver measurable outcomes

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers across multiple verticals

Ensure seamless interaction between hardware, firmware, and software

Champion user-centric decision-making backed by research, testing, and analytics

Ensure software adheres to Trezor’s high security standards

Required

Deep knowledge of Bitcoin and the broader crypto ecosystem

Strong leadership track record in senior product roles managing teams and multi-surface products

Proven ability to drive commercial outcomes and design successful monetization strategies

7+ years in product management with a focus on consumer-facing or security-sensitive software

Strong understanding of UX principles, systems thinking, and hardware–software interaction

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

Ability to be onsite regularly in Prague for close collaboration with engineering and hardware teams
