Digital Banking- Senior Digital Banking Operations Rep

Chelsea Groton Bank is seeking a motivated individual for the Senior Digital Banking Operations Representative position in their Digital Banking Department. This role involves assisting customers with digital banking services, managing debit card processing, and supporting the development of new services.

Responsibilities

Manages daily debit card processing, including transactions, disputes, issuance, and transaction inquiries
Assists with the management of Card Services with the goal of maximizing interchange, increasing card usage, and mitigating fraud
Provides daily support to all internal and external customers in a professional, effective, and timely manner
Performs various processing activities associated with digital banking services accurately and completely
Assists with the development, implementation, and testing of new Digital Banking services, as well as enhancing existing accounts and services. Performs comprehensive discovery and testing, detailed reports of findings and effectively communicates to appropriate parties

Ability to perform various processing activities associated with digital banking services accurately and completely
Experience assisting with the development, implementation, and testing of new Digital Banking services
Ability to enhance existing accounts and services
Experience performing comprehensive discovery and testing, detailed reports of findings, and effectively communicating to appropriate parties
Adherence to Bank policies and procedures relating to regulatory compliance requirements applicable to the job function including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, and Fair Lending
