Responsibilities

Proven experience in all phases of litigation, including preparation of pleadings; written discovery and document productions; taking and defending depositions; communicating with other counsel and the court; drafting and arguing discovery and dispositive motions; and trial preparation

Strong writing, research, and analytical skills, with great attention to detail

Ability to develop and implement effective strategies for clients, particularly in multi-faceted litigation

Exceptional academic credentials

Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal matters and work independently

Ability and experience communicating professionally to internal and external clients, as well as advocacy in a courtroom

Highly motivated, proactive, resourceful, with a strong work ethic

Excellent interpersonal skills to work well in a team-oriented environment

Required

2-5 years of experience in litigation
