Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures
Assemble parts and components using hand tools, power tools, or automated equipment
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and workstations
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to supervisors
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read technical documents and follow instructions
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred
Previous experience of press braking and programming is a plus
