Contract and Lessor Management Lead

Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing, analyzing, negotiating, revising, renewing and/or maintaining contracts for the organization; and administer the development, implementation and monitoring of the groups contractual requirements
Work closely with Cluster Head (CH) and Territory Head (TH) to formulate plans and programs to ensure achievement of target and identify improvement opportunities to drive efficient team operations
Schedule ILM vendor performance review with team leader towards delivery of required services according to the agreed scope and standards
Conduct vendor performance review (MORS , cadences) and discussion of process improvements with team leader of vendors to align the group objectives
Conduct thorough and regular monitoring and update on the status of the project with vendor partner
Handle special projects and other initiatives that support ILM operations
Conduct field audits to ensure consistency in vendor performance
Drives use of tools and compliance to ways of working
Ensures vendor manpower and other resources sufficient to support the target
Implement together with vendor partner ways of working towards solutioning of escalations via quick kill & end to end execution for a long term resolutions
Manage and provide assistance in the troubleshooting and resolving project issues concerns
Adhere to ways of means on how to save on operating costs
Processing of ELAS in Maximo
Review and endorsement of schedule of payment approval to PPM
Review and endorsement of returned contract for compliance to the vendor
Final approval of contract processed and submission to DMO (?)
Monitor aging of sites based on the milestone
Tracks progress and follow through issues/action steps monitoring
Meet with lessor, brgy, HOA, LGU demanding GT presence during negotiations
Coordination with support groups to ensure resolution of the issues such as access restriction, delayed or non-payment of lease, contract renewal or creation, amendment of contract, addendum to the contract, technical concerns
Resolve/process issues at the first level of escalations like change of payee, change bank details and advance lease payment requests
Ensure timely updates to lessors on ongoing cases are provided
Ensure timely updates to internal stakeholders on ongoing cases are provided
