Responsibilities

Conduct tissue culture, maintaining cell cultures and applying aseptic techniques for various cell lines, especially T cell lines
Perform T cell functional assays, including cytotoxicity, cytokine production assays, and ELISAs
Conduct cell staining for Multicolor Flow Cytometry and analyze flow cytometry data
Assist in murine surgical procedures, tissue harvesting/preparation, and contribute to revising/maintaining lab protocols
Provide routine lab support and maintain activities in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
