Responsibilities

Assist in the development, testing and optimization of quantitative trading models
Conduct extensive data analysis and interpretation to improve trading strategies and performance
Implement and manage data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
Apply machine learning techniques for pattern recognition in financial data
Work closely with senior quantitative analysts to gain a comprehensive understanding of quantitative trading methodologies

Required

Currently enrolled or recent graduate in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
Proficiency in Python or other relevant programming languages
Experience or theoretical understanding of quantitative analysis methods and financial markets
Solid understanding of complex mathematical and statistical concepts
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
