Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily operations across [functions, e.g., business operations, customer operations, risk, compliance, technical services]

Design, implement, and improve scalable processes and workflows to support growth of the middle office function

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Risk, Tech, Customer Success) to ensure smooth execution of projects

Monitor operational KPIs, generate insights, and present recommendations to senior leadership

Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Drive automation, tooling, and system improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence

Act as a key decision-maker for high-impact operational matters
