Responsibilities

Monitor and identify emerging trends, memes, and narratives within the crypto and degen communities
Create compelling, scroll-stopping social media content focused on themes of financial freedom, decentralization, and the future of money
Collaborate on global marketing campaigns that influence culture and community engagement, beyond traditional advertising
Support initiatives aimed at onboarding new users into Web3 and decentralized finance ecosystems
Engage with the community to understand sentiment and feedback, helping to refine content strategies

Qualification

Required

Deep passion for crypto, DeFi, and the concept of financial freedom
Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially those popular in crypto communities (e.g., Twitter, TikTok, Discord, Reddit)
Creative mindset with the ability to produce bold, humorous, and experimental content
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a global team
Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders

Preferred

Prior experience or active participation in crypto communities is a plus but not mandatory
Additional languages would be an advantage
