Responsibilities
Support the project manager to interface with all levels of the organization for requirements coordination, evaluation, analysis and reporting on third-party vendor security assessment program
Understand the logic of various business operations, quickly support business needs, and efficiently handle information collection, organization, and other tasks during cross-departmental collaboration
Conduct routine evaluations for project outcome measurement using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Build and improve reporting metrics to enhance data-driven decision-making and performance tracking
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Demonstrated writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor content to both technical and non-technical audiences; attention to clarity, structure, and accuracy
Track platform content engagement metrics (impressions, views, likes, comments, shares/reposts) and iterate based on feedback and data
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be a full-time undergraduate/graduate student in good academic standing, preferably in the fields of Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
Introductory knowledge of security concepts: CyberSecurity, Information Security
Excellent client-facing and communication skills, strong logical thinking and organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
Preferred
Proven working experience as a project administrator in conducting or managing security audits is highly desirable
