Responsibilities
Lead development of a core front-end application, from concept to delivery
Collaborate closely with back-end and full-stack engineers to build seamless, high-performing systems
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to other developers
Design and develop modern React applications with clean, scalable, and maintainable code
Implement front-end best practices for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
Stay current with emerging tools and frameworks in the JavaScript ecosystem
Qualification
Required
7+ years of professional web development experience
2+ years of solid, production-level React experience
Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React ecosystem
Deep experience with state management, component composition, and performance optimization
Hands-on knowledge of Next.js, Redux, React Query, or similar libraries
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
A proactive mindset—you make things happen rather than wait for direction
