Run strategic pilots for clients to help close contracts
Onboard and train clients to unlock the full potential of Conveo’s technology
Build lasting client relationships to drive platform adoption and loyalty
Gather feedback to strengthen both our platform and partnerships
Bridge client needs and our product roadmap by collaborating with our engineering team
Craft tailored AI research approaches that solve real problems
Create standout case studies, blogs, and white-papers that showcase how Conveo creates impact
Represent Conveo at events, webinars, and conferences to grow our reputation
Boost our presence on social media and beyond
Qualification
Required
3 to 10 years of experience in market research and insights (client or agency-side)
Strong and rigorous research and insights skills (qualitative expertise a plus)
Curiosity about AI and eagerness to apply it in the insights space
Commercial acumen to spot and act on growth opportunities
Outstanding communication skills; clear, credible, and inspiring
A creative yet analytical problem-solver
A self-starter with a hands-on, let's-make-it-happen mentality
