Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the client’s core platform — architecture, codebase, and infrastructure

Design and drive system architecture to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance

Collaborate directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to align business goals with technical execution

Identify weak points in the system and design robust solutions

Oversee and mentor development teams, ensuring consistent technical excellence

Stay ahead of emerging technologies and propose innovative improvements

Be accountable for delivery, system reliability, and long-term technical direction

Required

8+ years of professional software development experience

Proven background as a Senior Engineer, Tech Lead, or Architect on complex systems

Deep understanding of fullstack architecture (frontend, backend, cloud, and DevOps fundamentals)

Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and AWS or Azure

Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills

Ability to lead by example — hands-on, proactive, and execution-focused

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred

Experience in system modernization, cloud architecture, or platform migrations

Familiarity with Python, Terraform, or GCP

Previous experience in leadership or advisory roles within fast-scaling companies
