Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of complex client XR software projects, ensuring successful outcomes from initiation through completion

Coordinate internal teams while managing project plans, schedules, and budgets in line with company standards and client requirements

Foster strong client relationships through clear, professional communication that drives satisfaction and long-term partnership

Align project priorities with client objectives, delivering measurable value through efficient and dependable execution

Identify and mitigate risks early, implementing practical solutions to keep projects on scope, on schedule, and within budget

Track and report progress continuously, providing transparent updates on performance and key milestones to all stakeholders

Required

Deep knowledge of industry standards, tools, methodologies, and best practices in software project management, combined with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills under pressure
